Zusammenfassung

Bereits 1877 hat Squire gefunden, dass Goapuder eine Wirkung auf die Psoriasis hat. Als wirksame Substanz stellte sich Chrysarobin heraus. Da es sich bei Goapuder um eine Droge handelte und zudem während des 1. Weltkrieges die Versorgung ins Stocken kam, war es ein Fortschritt, als Galewski (1916) Dithranol synthetisierte, eine Substanz mit ähnlicher Struktur wie Anthrarobin. Dithranol ist somit eine der ältesten Pharmaka, die in der externen Therapie eingesetzt werden.
