Abstract

Mit steigendem Wettbewerbsdruck und zunehmender Globalisierung gewinnt auch in der Luftfahrtindustrie ein effektiverer Produktionsplanungs- und Steuerungsprozeß mehr und mehr an Bedeutung. Aufgrund seiner hohen Komplexität wird dieser Prozeß zumeist in mehrere Phasen unterteilt, die bei allen Fluggesellschaften im Prinzip vergleichbar sind (s. Abb. 1). In der Praxis gibt es jedoch von Airline zu Airline unterschiedliche Prozeßausprägungen (vgl. [GraClaMa98] oder [Suhl95]).
