Zusammenfassung
Für die Erfüllung der Controlling-Aufgaben ist ein entsprechender organisatorischer Rahmen Voraussetzung, der eine optimale Aufgabenerfüllung gewährleistet (vgl. dazu z.B. Hahn, 1985, S. 601 ff.; Schröder, 1990, S. 994ff.). Entsprechend läßt sich die Schaffung der aufbau- und ablauforganisatorischen Voraussetzungen, die eine bestmögliche Wahrnehmung der Controlling-Aufgaben ermöglichen sollen, als Ziel der Organisation des Controlling kennzeichnen (vgl. dazu z.B. Schmidt, 1986, S. 139ff.). Dies gilt auch für die hier interessierende Organisation des Produktionscontrolling.
