Zusammenfassung
Man betrachte das folgende Modell, in dem zwei Prototypen mit sich und mit dem anderen kommunizieren: der eine ist Jurist, der andere Ökonom. Sie spielen ein Frage- und Antwort-Spiel. Dabei verwandeln sie Input in Thruput und diesen in Output, der erneut zu Input wird. Da es in Köndgens Referat um die Relevanz der ökonomischen Theorie der Firma für rechtswissenschaftliche Fragestellungen (nicht auch Antworten?) geht, brauchen wir uns nur für den unteren Rückkoppelungsprozeß zu interessieren. Der Output des Juristen wird in Form von Fragen an den Ökonomen zu dessen Input und des letzteren Output — seine an den Juristen gerichteten Antworten — werden zu dessen Input.
