Abstract
A number of practical demonstrations and workshops took place during the NATO ARW on Control Technology in Elementary Education. These workshops are outlined and their content, particularly software, is analysed from the viewpoint of how it represents the reality controlled. A particular device is used to focus the analysis: the language cone.
