Zusammenfassung
Neben der Chlorakne führt die ständige Einnahme hoher Dosen Amineptin zu furchtbaren akneiformen Eruptionen. Amineptin ist ein weit verbreitetes trizyklisches Antidepressivum, das seit 1978 im Handel ist. Die empfohlene Dosis beträgt 100-200 mg täglich. In den ersten Wochen nach Therapiebeginn kann eine akute Hepatitis auftreten. Über Nebenwirkungen an der Haut wurde zum ersten Mal 1987 berichtet.
