Zusammenfassung

Ungewöhnliche Varianten einer Erkrankung haben immer wieder hinsichtlich Pathogenese und Klassifikation zu beträchtlicher Verwirrung geführt. Beispielsweise hat es lange gedauert, bis man erkannte, daß Psoriasis pustulosa vom Typ von Zumbusch, Erythema-annulare-centrifugum-artige Psoriasis, Psoriasis pustulosa vom Typ Barber-Königsbeck und Acrodermatitis suppurativa chronica Hallopeau Ausdrucksformen ein und derselben Erkrankung sind. Dasselbe kann man auch von bestimmten Formen der Akne sagen, insbesondere von der Acne inversa, die in diesem Kapitel besprochen wird.
