Die Narkose bei einem nicht nüchternen Patienten ist mit einem hohen Aspirationsrisiko verbunden. Es bedarf der Rücksprache mit dem Chirurgen, der eine entsprechende Notfallindikation zur Durchführung des Eingriffs unter diesen Bedingungen stellt (Notiz auf dem Narkoseprotokoll).
