Increased Competitiveness using a Groupware based Project Controlling System

Abstract

Business-wide information systems on the basis of groupware support the processing of complex sales tasks and supply the management with basic figures for strategic planning. As an examples from the domain of project-oriented sales of rail systems, two successfully introduced information systems will be presented.

Geschäftsumfassende Informationssysteme auf Groupware-Basis unterstützen komplexe Vertriebsaufgaben und liefern dem Management grundlegende Zahlen für Planungsstrategien. Als Beispiele aus dem Bereich des projektorientierten Vertriebs von Bahnsystemen werden zwei erfolgreich eingeführte Informationssysteme dargestellt.
