Zusammenfassung

Der 1–2 cm lange und 3 mm dicke Sinusknoten liegt im Sulcus terminalis des rechten Vorhofes am Übergang der Vena cava superior in den Vorhof. Die elektrische Erregung erreicht den Atrioventrikular (AV)-Knoten über die Vorhofmuskulatur. Drei Muskelbündel als anteriore, mediale und posteriore internodale Verbindung bezeichnet, sollen bevorzugt die aus dem Sinusknoten kommende elektrische Erregung zum AV-Knoten leiten. Ein weiteres verbindet rechten und linken Vorhof (Abb. 14.1.1). Der AV-Knoten liegt an der Spitze des Trigonum von Koch. Dessen mediale posteriore Begrenzung wird durch die Trikuspidalklappe, die laterale durch die Tendo von Todaro im rechten Atrium gebildet. Die Basis des Dreiecks besteht aus der Verbindungslinie zwischen dem Ostium des Koronarvenensinus und der Trikuspidalklappe [14].
