Zusammenfassung

Ex-vivo-Parameter dienen der Objektivierung und Quantifizierung von Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen. In der Regel handelt es sich bei diesen Parametern um Produkte von Effektorzellen, die im Rahmen von Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen aktiviert werden. In der praktischen allergologischen Diagnostik haben diese Parameter, zum Teil aufgrund des technischen oder finanziellen Aufwandes, zum Teil aber auch aufgrund der noch limitierten klinischen Erfahrungen einen begrenzten Stellenwert.
