Zusammenfassung
Urtikaria oder anaphylaktische Reaktion können anstrengungsinduziert auftreten. Dabei ist die Urtikaria das Kardinalsymptom einer im Prinzip systemischen Reaktion, die wohl deswegen meist als anstrengungsinduzierte Urtikaria (AiU) bezeichnet wird. Amerikanische Autoren verwenden meist den Begriff der anstrengungs-induzierten Anaphylaxie (AiA); wobei dieser Begriff wohl die systemische Reaktion bezeichnet, nicht unbedingt eine anaphylaktische Schockreaktion.
