Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 66-jährigen Patientin (S.Ch.) erfolgte am 12. 1. 1995 wegen einer Varusgonarthrose der Oberflächenersatz (Typ Natural) des rechten Kniegelenkes. Nach 12-jähriger Anamnese hatte die Patientin bei stationärer Aufnahme über therapieresistente Ruhe- und Belastungsschmerzen geklagt; bei Nutzung einer Unterarmstütze war die Gehstrecke auf 10 Minuten begrenzt. An internistischen Begleiterkrankungen bestand ein Diabetes mellitus, eine chronische Bronchitis, ein arterieller Hypertonus, eine Varicosis beider Beine und ein Z. n. Thrombose des rechten Auges 4 Jahre zuvor.
