Die Primärimplantation von Knieendoprothesen hat in den letzten Jahren hohe Zuwachsraten erfahren. Jeder 10. kniealloplastische Eingriff im deutschsprachigen Bereich ist mittlerweile ein Revisionseingriff [1].
