Zusammenfassung

Die Wiederherstellung der korrekten anatomischen und mechanischen Achse sowie der Balance der umgebenden Weichteile sind entscheidend für die Langzeitergebnisse nach endoprothetischem Ersatz des Kniegelenkes, insbesondere bei hochgradigen präoperativen Achsfehlstellungen [2, 7]. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war die Bewertung der mittelfristigen Ergebnisse nach operativer Versorgung schwerer Valgus- und Varusgonarthrosen.
