Zusammenfassung

Für die Diagnose der juvenilen chronischen Arthritis gibt es keine beweisenden Befunde. Sie muß aus verschiedenen Mosaiksteinen zusammengesetzt werden. Dabei stehen Anamnese und Klinik im Vordergrund. Labor befunde und bildgebende Verfahren ergänzen die Diagnostik.
