Ergebnisse einer klinischen Nachuntersuchung der perkutanen Laser-Diskusdekompression und der mikrochirurgischen Bandscheibenoperation

Zusammenfassung

Bei einer operativen Behandlung eines Bandscheibenvorfalls sind in den letzten Jahren zunehmend minimal-invasive Operationsverfahren entwickelt worden, um das Postnukleotomiesyndrom zu vermeiden [2, 3, 12, 17, 19, 21]. So wurde schon Anfang der fünfziger Jahre versucht, den Zugangsweg über den Spinalkanal zu umgehen. Von Hult [8] wurde ein retroperitonealer Zugang zur Fensterung der Bandscheibe bei Rückenschmerzen und radikulären Beschwerden im Jahre 1951 beschrieben und 1956 berichtete Craig über Punktionen von Wirbelkörpern und dorsolateralen Bandscheiben mit einem Nadelset. 1975 entwickelte Hijikata die perkutane Nukleotomie, ein Jahr später 1976 berichtete Kambin über dieses Verfahren.
