Zusammenfassung

Die klinische und koronarmorphologische Diagnosesicherung einer koronaren Herzkrankheit impliziert eine differentialtherapeutische Entschei-dung. Drei verschiedene Behandlungsverfahren werden im Einzelfall erwo-gen:

  • die konservative Therapie,

  • die perkutane transluminale Koronarangioplastie (PTCA), auch Ballondi-latation genannt,

  • die chirurgische Revaskularisation durch die aortokoronare Bypassope-ration.
