Zusammenfassung
Die MR-Arthrographie erlaubt eine exzellente und genaue Darstellung intraartikulärer Strukturen bzw. deren pathologische Veränderungen. Zur Klärung bestimmter klinischer Fragestellungen ist sie heute aus dem radiologischen Alltag nicht mehr wegzudenken. Die MR-Arthrographie stellt eine wesentliche Bereicherung des radiologischen Untersuchungsspektrums dar. Da es sich aber um eine invasive Methode handelt, muss die Indikationsstellung natürlich sorgfältig erfolgen. Eine MR-Arthrographie ist nur dann gerechtfertigt, wenn mittels herkömmlicher MRT-Techniken eine entsprechende Aussage nicht zu erwarten ist. In dieser Arbeit werden die wichtigsten Krankheitsbilder, bei denen eine MR-Arthrographie zur Abklärung intraartikulärer Pathologien sinnvoll sein kann, besprochen.
