Zusammenfassung
Verlängerung der Achillessehne (ASV), um den durch tatsächliche Verkürzung der Muskel-Sehnen-Einheit oder durch Spastik bedingten Spitzfuß zu korrigieren. Die Verlängerung der Sehne kann auf verschiedene Arten durchgeführt werden und ist von der aponeurotischen Verlängerung des M. gastrocnemius zu unterscheiden. Meistens wird die Sehne „offen“durch einen Längszugang auf verschiedene Arten gespalten und vernäht. Sie kann auch perkutan durch drei Stichinzisionen verlängert werden (Hoke).
