Zusammenfassung

Versteifung des oberen Sprunggelenks (OSG) mit interner Fixation (Schrauben, Platte) oder Fixateur externe. Ossäre Fusion möglich über.
  • gelenknahe plane Osteotomieflächen mit Dorsalverschieben des Fußes: der Halt wird nur durch das Implantat gesichert;

  • Entknorpeln der Gelenkflächen bis auf blutende subchondrale Spongiosa: ergibt besseren Kontakt — „Reshaping-Arthrodese“ — durch intrinsischen Halt der gewölbten Gelenkkörper.
