Zusammenfassung

An der Skapula können verschiedene traumatisch oder nichttraumatisch bedingte Defekte entstehen, die in seltenen Fällen einen chirurgischen Eingriff erfordern. Im Folgenden werden die dafür zur Verfügung stehenden chirurgischen Verfahren vorgestellt. Anhand spezifischer Eingriffe soll das breite Spektrum eventuell erforderlicher Operationstechniken gezeigt werden. (Anteriore und posteriore Zugänge sind in Teil I dieses Buches beschrieben und daher hier nicht aufgenommen.) Zunächst sollen jedoch einige allgemeine Operationsprinzipien vorgestellt werden.
