Zusammenfassung
Lageanomalien des Herzens können eingeteilt werden in Dextrokardie, Mesokardie, Lävokar-die, Perikarddefekte und die Ectopia cordis [17]. Gemeinhin wird unter einer Dextrokardie nicht nur die Position des Herzens überwiegend im rechten Hemithorax, sondern auch die Orientierung der Herzspitze nach rechts anterior-inferior verstanden. Analog orientiert sich die Herzspitze bei der Lävokardie nach links anterior-inferior, bei der Mesokardie liegt sie mittelständig anterior-inferior [4] (Abb. 9.1).
