Zusammenfassung

Herzrhythmusstörungen sind im Kindesalter nicht selten. Häufig finden sie sich bei im Übrigen gesunden Kindern, seltener im Zusammenhang mit einer Myokarditis, Kardiomyopathie, bei angeborenen Herzfehlern, nach Medikamentengabe oder nach Herzoperationen. Besonders diese letzteren sind mit der Zunahme operativer Eingriffe bei komplexen Herzfehlern häufiger geworden [64].
