Zusammenfassung

Für die Entwicklung einer Rezidivstenose (Abb. 7.4.1) nach Angioplastie sind drei wesentliche Mechanismen verantwortlich [2,25]:

  • die Thrombozytenadhäsion und-aggregation mit Mediatorenfreisetzung

  • die Ausbildung einer neointimalen Hyperplasie sowie

  • das negative Remodelling
