Zusammenfassung
Die chronische kritische Extremitätenischämie ist die schwerste Manifestationsform der peripheren AVK. In diesem Stadium ist die Gewebsperfusion so stark herabgesetzt, dass spontan ischämische Ruheschmerzen oder ischämische Gewebedefekte auftreten. Die Ursachen hierfür sind in aller Regel serielle Mehretagenverschlüsse (iliakal und femoropopliteal oder femoropopliteal und krural oder alle drei Etagen), die hämodynamisch unzureichend kompensiert sind. Nach dem Europäischen Konsensusdokument liegt eine chronische kritische Beinischämie vor, wenn eines der nachfolgend aufgeführten Kriterien erfüllt ist, unabhängig davon, ob der Patient Diabetiker oder Nichtdiabetiker ist [10]
