Zusammenfassung
Nach einem Myokardinfarkt ist sowohl die Bestimmung der Infarktgröße als auch die Erkennung vitalen Myokards zur Einschätzung der Prognose und der Planung des weiteren Procedere wichtig. Vitales Myokard ist nur funktionell geschädigt, und die Funktion kann durch eine Revaskularisation wiederhergestellt werden.
