Zusammenfassung
Mit der Magnetresonanztomographie können die charakteristischen funktionellen und morphologischen Veränderungen sowohl bei Myokarditiden als auch bei Perikarditiden dargestellt werden. Dadurch ist es möglich, akute Entzündungen zu erkennen, sowie ihren Verlauf exakt zu beurteilen.
