Zusammenfassung

Besonderheiten der Koronarchirurgie bei Frauen ergeben sich nicht so sehr durch unterschiedliche Gegebenheiten während des technischen Teils der Operation selbst, als vielmehr durch die oft fortgeschrittene Koronar-erkrankung und die ausgeprägte Komorbidität zum Zeitpunkt der Operation. Um einen Überblick der Risikofaktoren zu erhalten, untersuchten wir mit unterschiedlichen Verfahren zahlreiche in der Literatur beschriebene sowie bisher nicht bekannte Variablen, die die Besonderheit der Koronarchirurgie bei Frauen charakterisieren.
