Zusammenfassung

Patienten mit einer organisch bedingten psychischen Störung zeigen sehr häufig Auffälligkeiten in ihrem „Verhalten“ [ 26, 64, 114, 122, 150]. Diese können für den Betreffenden selbst und/oder für seine Umwelt sehr störend sein. Hierzu zählen v.a.

  • Aggression,

  • Antriebssteigerung/Unruhezustände,

  • Apathie/ Antriebsminderung/psychomotorische Verlangsamung,

  • Schlafstörungen,

  • sexuelle Störungen,

  • Substanzmissbrauch (Alkohol, Medikamente und Drogen),

  • Suizidalität,

  • vegetative Störungen sowie

  • veränderte Nahrungsaufnahme.
