Abstract
True spondyloptosis is only seen in cases of isthmic-dysplastic spondylolisthesis. It is never observed in the lytic spondylolisthesis. The significant difference between lytic and dysplastic types of slippage is that the dysplastic type occurs together with lumbosacral kyphosis.
