Zusammenfassung
Die Genioplastik kann isoliert oder in Kombination nach Abschluß der Umstellungsosteotomie bei noch belassener intermaxillärer Immobilisation durch Drahtligaturen durchgeführt werden, um eine Belastung im Bereich der plattenosteosynthetisch stabilisierten Unterkieferfragmente bei der Osteotomie des Kinns zu vermeiden (Abb. 4.1 u. Abb. 4.2).
