Zusammenfassung

Die Antirefluxplastik nach Cohen gehört neben den Techniken von Lich-Gregoir und Politano-Leadbetter zu den etablierten und komplikationsarmen Verfahren, die sich durch geringe Obstruktions-und Refluxpersistenzraten auszeichnen. Eine postoperative infravesikale Obstruktion wurde unseres Wissens bisher nicht beschrieben.
