Zusammenfassung

Der „Grégoir“ ist eine in hohem Maße wirksame Antirefluxplastik, die besonders dadurch besticht, dass die Harnwege nicht eröffnet werden und deshalb postoperativ die Notwendigkeit von Schiene und Katheter entfällt. Komplikationen sind selten; genannt werden die postoperativ bleibende Harnleiterobstruktion, der persistierende Reflux, Urinom durch Ureter- oder Blasenläsion sowie Blasenentleerungsstörungen, letztere besonders nach einzeitig-doppelseitiger Operation [2].
