Stenosen oder Obstruktionen der ureterointestinalen Anastomose sind nicht seltene Komplikationen operativer Harnableitungen. Die retrograde endoskopische Schlitzung einer solchen Engstelle kann trotz röntgenologischer Kontrolle lebensbedrohliche Folgen haben.
