Zusammenfassung
Die Ureterorenoskopie stellt neben der extrakorporalen Stoßwellenlithotripsie die wichtigste interventionelle Therapie des Harnleitersteines dar. Bei insgesamt geringer Morbidität ist der Ureterabriss im Rahmen einer ureteroskopischen Steinbehandlung als schwerwiegendste Komplikation anzusehen.
