Zusammenfassung

Seit Chute et al. 1949 die radikale Tumorneph-rektomie vorgestellt haben, gehört sie zur Standardtherapie beim Nierenzellkarzinom. Der transperitoneale Zugang wurde in großen Serien verwendet und evaluiert. Die Operationsmortalität liegt dabei zwischen 2–10% [1–3]. Swanson und Borges evaluierten retrospektiv 193 transperitoneale Tumornephrektomien und verzeichneten eine intra- bzw. postoperative Komplikationsrate von 20% [3].
