Zusammenfassung
Unter der Diagnose Diabetes mellitus werden Krankheitsbilder unterschiedlicher ätiologie und Pathogenese zusammengefasst. Es können 2 Haupttypen des primären Diabetes mellitus unterschieden werden [4], die in sich heterogen sind:
