Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird ein Verhandlungsmodell in einer Systemsimulation evaluiert das auf einem an der Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) entwickelten agentenbasierten Marktplatz zur Personalakquisition zum Einsatz kommt. Ausgewählte Ergebnisse der Simulation werden vorgestellt und interpretiert. Die Simulationsergebnisse geben Einblick in den Zusammenhang zwischen dem Verlauf von Taktikfunktionen Zeitrestriktionen sowie der Anzahl Verhandlungspartnern und den durch die Agenten in einer Verhandlung erzielten Zufriedenheitsgraden sowie der Anzahl erfolgreicher Verhandlungen (erzielter
