Zusammenfassung

Obstruktive Miktionsbeschwerden trotz Medikation und deutlicher, zunehmender Restharn zeigen die Notwendigkeit des Eingriffes an (Tabelle 2.1).Absolute Indikationenbestehen bei rezidivierendem Harnverhalten, Restharn über 100 ml, morphologischen Veränderungen der Blase wie Pseudodivertikel und Trabekelblase sowie Blasensteinen. Bei einer Überlaufblase mit dekompensierter Blasenfunktion und/oder Harnstauungsnieren erfolgt zunächst die Einlage einer suprapubischen Harnableitung und erst nach Rückbildung der Stauungsnieren und Ausgleich der Laborparameter der Eingriff.
