Der chronische Beckenbodenschmerz

Zusammenfassung

Beckenbodenschmerzpatienten sind eine sehr heterogene Gruppe, Schmerzzustände in der Nachbarschaft des Beckenbodens oft schon aus anatomischen Gründen schwierig zu diagnostizieren; manche sind aufgrund der Anamnese durch äußere, klar zuzuordnende Ereignisse oder anhand einfacher Untersuchungsmethoden zu klären, andere nur durch eine multidisziplinäre Untersuchung. Es soll hier der aus proktologischer Sicht erkennbare Einfluss von Funktionsstörungen und Krankheitsprozessen auf die Schmerzentwicklung dargestellt werden, mit denen sich prinzipiell die Fachgebiete Urologie, Gynäkologie, Viszeralchirurgie/Proktologie, Neurologie, Anästhesie, Manualtherapie, Osteopathie, Orthopädie, Gastroenterologie und Psychosomatik/Psychologie/Psychiatrie in unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung dem individuellen Problem angepasst gemeinsam befassen sollten. Es ist stets die Kooperation mehrerer Fachbereiche gefordert, in der Praxis sind solche Konzepte aber noch eher die Ausnahme.
