Zusammenfassung
Die Behandlung des Klumpfußes beschäftigt die Orthopädie schon seit ihren Anfängen. Trotzdem ist es bis heute nicht gelungen, die Ätiologie definitiv zu klären, eine objektive Klassifizierung, vergleichbar mit der Graf’schen Typisierung der Hüftdysplasie [5], gestützt auf ein bildgebendes Verfahren zu etablieren, das therapeutische Vorgehen zu standardisieren und ein objektives Schema zur Beurteilung der Behandlungsergebnisse zu erstellen.
