Zusammenfassung
Die 220 eingesandten und ausgewerteten Fälle wurden entsprechend den ICD-10-Kriterien in vier große Diagnosegruppen zussamengefasst (Abb.1). Mit 136 Fällen (61,8%) überwogen Beschreibungen von schizophrenen und schizoaffektiven Krankheitsbildern (F2) gefolgt von organischen/symptomatischen psychischen Störungen, vor allem Demenzen (F0), n=51 (23,2%), affektiven Störungen, vor allem Manie (F3), n=15 (6,8%) und 12 Fällen (5,5%) von Patienten mit Intelligenzminderung (F7). Sechs Kasuistiken konnten nicht zugeordnet werden. Demographische Charakteristika, Angaben zur neoroleptischen Therapie, zu psychotroper Begleitmedikation, zur ärztlichen Beurteilung und Verträglichkeit sind in den Tabellen 2–5 sowie in den Abbildungen 2–6 zusammengefasst.
