Zusammenfassung
Die malignen Erkrankungen des blutbildenden Systems werden unter dem Begriff „Hämoblastosen“ zusammengefasst. Die Unterteilung erfolgt in Leukämien, maligne Lymphome und das multiple Myelom. Die Inzidenz für Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome beträgt ca. 14 pro 100 000, für die akute myeloische Leukämie 3 pro 100 000, für die akute lymphatische Leukämie ca. 1 pro 100 000, für die chronisch-lymphatische Leukämie 3 pro 100 000, für die chronisch-myeloische Leukämie 2 pro 100000 und für das multiple Myelom ca. 4 pro 100000 pro Jahr [4].
