Zusammenfassung

Die Standzeiten von Knieendoprothesen haben heute akzeptable Werte erreicht. Überlebensraten bewegen sich in einem Rahmen von 80% bis über 95% bei Zeiträumen von mehr als 10 Jahren [14]. Ein wesentlicher Faktor ist die Wiederherstellung physiologischer Achsverhältnisse. Daher ist die korrekte Ausrichtung der endoprothetischen Komponenten am Kniegelenk eine entscheidende Größe für die Standzeit der Prothesenkomponenten [410].
