Zusammenfassung

Ein linksventrikuläres Aneurysma wird häufig anlässlich einer Herzkatheteruntersuchung bei koronarer Herzkrankheit diagnostiziert. Meist handelt es sich um einen umschriebenen, an der normalen Kontraktion des Ventrikels nicht teilnehmenden Wandanteil, der als Dyskinesie bezeichnet wird und ein mehr oder minder großes Gebiet umfasst.
