Abstract
It has been twenty years since Alvin Toffler wroteThe Third Wavepredicting the advent of an ‘information age’ which we are now witnessing. Society has finally come to accept the transformations wrought by innovations in information technology (IT); this has even been dubbed the ‘Third Revolution,’ following the agricultural and industrial revolutions.
