Zusammenfassung
Aus Wasser- und Sedimentproben eines Bergeteiches in Baia Mare, Rumänien, wurden zahlreiche Bakterien isoliert, die zum Abbau von Cyaniden befähigt sind. Ein Teil der Isolate wurde charakterisiert und identifiziert. Mit den Stämmen, die mit Cyanid als einziger Stickstoffquelle im Kulturmedium am schnellsten wuchsen, wurde der Einfluß von pH-Wert, Temperatur und Cyanidkonzentration auf die Abbaukinetik untersucht und der Bedarf an Zusatzstoffen (Kohlenstoffquelle, Phosphat) ermittelt. Die Versuche wurden in synthetischem Medium und in Prozeßwässern aus Baia Mare durchgeführt. In einem Kleinfermenter wurde in kontinuierlicher Kultur die Abbauleistung eines Isolates über mehrere Wochen unter veränderten Bedingungen getestet.
