Zusammenfassung

Mit der Geburt eines Kindes ist eine Kreislaufumstellung verbunden, bei der ein wesentliches Element der Verschluß des Ductus arteriosus ist. Dieser erfolgt durch zwei unabhängige Mechanismen: die direkte Einwirkung der ansteigenden Sauerstoffkonzentration des Blutes auf das Ductusgewebe und der Abfall von Hormonen und lokalen Mediatoren (Prostaglandin E2, Prostazyklin u.a. ) und damit ein Entzug der aktiven Relaxation.
