Zusammenfassung
Ein Irritanzientest, der für die klinische Diagnostik geeignet sein soll, muß reproduzierbare Ergebnisse liefern. In der vorliegenden Doppelblindstudie wurde daher die synchrone Reproduzierbarkeit von Epiku-tantestungen mit Natriumlaurylsulfat in Konzentrationen von 0,0625% bis 1,0% untersucht. 139 Personen wurden nach ESCD-Richtlinien auf beiden Rückenseiten synchron getestet. Sowohl der Prozentsatz reaktiver Patienten als auch der Anteil beidseits gleicher Reaktionen stieg mit ansteigender Natrium-laurylsulfatkonzentration an, und zwar bis zu einem Maximum von 90% irritativer Reaktionen bzw. 85% synchroner Reproduzierbarkeit mit 1%igem Natriumlaurylsulfat. Möglicherweise ist eine Testung mit 1% Natriumlaurylsulfat geeignet, bei Epikutantestungen eine standardisierte Irritanzkontrolle auszulösen.
